Look out for the best!

It’s amazing how hard it can be to choose the right carpet cleaning company. There are so many companies and types of cleaning methods available. You can get confused just looking at the Yellow Pages. Who can you trust? How much will it cost? Will they damage your expensive carpets? Will they try bait & switch tactics?
TIP ONE: Choosing a company solely by price does not work. The truth is, when we invest wisely, we get what we pay for. Call the cheapest company and you’ll get a big sales pitch with a little bit of cleaning. It only makes sense that the cheapest company has to cut costs by using cheap cleaning agents, cheap cleaning equipment and low paid personnel who spend as little time as possible cleaning your carpeting. Is this the type of “quick-cheap” job going to remove all the contaminants: oils, dirt and sand from your carpeting? If not, then the lowest price company is really no bargain at all.
TIP TWO: Why not let the janitor do it? We do not mean this to be an attack on your janitor. Please consider this: few janitors have made the investment in top grade carpet cleaning equipment that can provide a deep and healthy cleaning of your carpets. (It costs us in excess of $50,000 to properly equip each carpet cleaning van we put on the road.)
TIP THREE: Clean the carpets yourself? It’s a waste of money and time. The rental machines don’t have the suction power to thoroughly extract the deep down soils, or the heat to kill bacteria and even dust mites. Drying time with rental systems is often a couple of days compared to a few hours with professional equipment. Relax, let us do the work and get your carpets clean and completely dry in just a few hours (even on Foggy or Rainy days). Plus, you get our 100% iron-clad guarantee: “The Most Thorough Office Carpet Cleaning Ever, Or It’s FREE!”
IMAGINE YOUR CARPETS ALWAYS LOOKING CLEAN!
Watch out #1: You may notice signs on the side of street posts or on mail boxes advertising carpet cleaning, 3 rooms for $49. This looks like a great deal huh? You could have your whole house cleaned almost. This is not true. Half of these companies advertising this type of deal don’t let you know this only includes steam cleaning. Steam Cleaning does not include chemicals needed to clean the carpet and leaves the carpet basically, dirty. Also, they say the 3 rooms must be under 600 sq ft. combined. This is the size of a master bedroom half the time. 600sq ft. Make sure your carpet cleaning service cleans carpet by area and not sq. ft.
Watch out #2: Steam Cleaning vs Dry Cleaning Carpet. Has I mentioned above, our service at NaturalDry is dry carpet cleaning. Unlike steam cleaning, dry carpet cleaning uses no soap or shampoo in the cleaning process. Essentially this allows carpet to stay cleaner a lot longer since no soap residue, dirt does not attract as quickly as it would with a steam cleaner. Steam Cleaners need to put a lot of water and soap into carpet to clean it and then extract this out. The problem is the soap residue is left in the carpet. Dry Carpet Cleaning uses micro sponges made out of orange peel extract that deep cleans carpet. We all know how good orange is for cleaning, well imagine it cleaning your carpet along with other encapsulation chemicals. Make sure the company is eco-friendly and cleans with biodegradable chemicals. Dry Carpet Cleaning in Las Vegas is popular because of the heat and humidity. Low drying time and no mold forms from soaking wet carpets.
Watch out #3: As mentioned in the first post, verify pricing. When you call a carpet cleaning service to get a free quote on cleaning your carpet, this should be what you pay when they arrive at your home. A lot of carpet cleaners attempt to upsell you for additional chemicals or spots. These should all be included in the cleaning. Usually hallways and closets are included free with the carpet cleaning service. Make sure if you are looking for a company that does pet urine removal on carpet, that they guarantee the service. You don’t want the smell to be in the carpet still a week later. This is there job to fully get and eliminate that odor in the carpet.
Watch out #4: Make sure the company you find is licensed and insured. There are many fly by night companies out there and if they damage your carpet or break something in your home, you may never see or hear from them again. Make sure the company is accredited. Do a search on your local BBB site or Chamber of Commerce. You don’t want just anyone coming in to your home. You don’t know if these employees are insured under the business or not. There are many breakables in homes and when using machines or performing any service in any home, you always want the guarantee.
Once you find a great company, stick with them. Develop a relationship and inquire about different ways to keep your carpet healthy. Many great carpet cleaners are operating through out the United States. Do your research on the different reviews of these companies and find a good one. If you are looking in your area for a dry carpet cleaner, which we highly recommend, do a google search for eco-friendly or natural carpet cleaning service and type your area.
